Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and the order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods
We ship via common carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service level may be selected at checkout (if offered) or determined based on the order size and destination.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Please inspect shipments upon delivery.
- Transit Damage: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and damaged items.
- Missing Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim when appropriate. Resolutions may include replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion.
